Managing Director
Suresh Kalyanpur is an Economics Graduate from St Xavier’s College, Bombay with a Master’s in Business Economics from the University of Bombay. His professional career blends both, academic and corporate experience spread across India, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East. He has trained under internationally acclaimed authorities like Dr. Janelle Barlow of Time Manager International, Peter Laburn of PLI International, Johannesburg, Guy Charlton of Guy Charlton Associates, Durban, Laurence Paltiel of Psytech International Ltd., UK, David Sharpley of Pario Innovation London and Andrew M Lothian of Insights Training & Development, Dundee, Scotland.
His areas of specialization are Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and training, Competency Profiling and its usage in appraisals and recruitment process, personnel planning, achieving peak performance, assessment centres and psychometric testing.
He is a highly sought after keynote speaker, consultant and facilitator. An internationally experienced trainer, he delivers with great enthusiasm, from a wealth of practical experience.
Associate Director
Ronjana Kalyanpur brings a wealth of international experience to her exciting role as Associate Director and Licensed Facilitator at HRC. She has over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Planning & Strategy, having worked in the UK, Dubai, Australia and now in India.
Ronjana has a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Macquarie Graduate Management School in Sydney. Ronjana has a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40110 (Australia) and an Advanced Diploma in Training & Assessment TAA50104 (Australia). She is also accredited by the Insights Training & Development Corporation and is a licensed trainer and facilitator.
Ronjana is dedicated to life-long learning and truly believes anything worth doing is worth doing well. Ronjana has travelled extensively and enjoys experiencing different cultures. She enjoys creative hobbies and keeping active!
